  본서의 총론인 2장에서 상술된 '정의주의' 사상을 요약하면,
  국가(국민공동체) 경영에 있어서, 그 구성원인 국민들 모두가 시·소를 불문하고 바라거나 바람직한 다종다양한 공동선(공공선·공익)들을 추구하는 것을 ‘정의’라 정의하고,

   ①의 당위성을 ‘정의’ 로서 최대한 보장하는 반면에,
   ②의 ‘양극화’ 부당성을 ‘불의’ 로 간주하고 타파`척결하여, 개-개인 사이에서 ‘균형화’ 분배를 추구함으로써, ‘정의’ 를 온전하게 실현해낼 수 있는 정치철학적인 논리체계로 구성돼 있다.
 
  좀 더 구체적으로,

① ‘개인’ 차원에서는, 개개인(·기업)의 자유·권리들(주권) 및 시장에서의 자유·개방·경쟁을 최대한 보장하는 자유화·민주화로써, 개개인(·기업)들과 시장 전체를 최대한 활성화시켜, 개개의 모든 국민들(개인·기업)에게 추구하는 바의 소득·경제성장·안정·평화·행복 등등의 모든 공동선들을 ‘극대화’해서 성취·향유할 수 있도록 보장할 뿐 아니라, 그 결과 공동체 전체 차원에서도 균형화 분배의 원천(·목적물)이 될 그 공동선들의 총량이 또한 ‘극대화’되도록 보장하고, 그와 병행해서, ② ‘공동체’ 차원에서는, 개개인(·기업)의 자유·권리들(주권)을 최대한 보장하는 위 ①의 결과 필연적으로 개-개인 사이에 ‘양극화’로 차별화되는 ‘공동선’들이, 그 차별화의 원인이 있는 경우에는 양극화를 완화시키는 ‘차등화’, 혹은 그 차별화의 원인이 있을 수 없는 경우에는 양극화를 불허하는 ‘평등화’ 등의 합리적인 방법으로, 개-개인 사이에 골고루 분배되도록 하는 ‘균형화’ 를 추구하며, 또, ③ 위 ①의 자유화와 극대화 및 위 ②의 균형화에 반하거나 역행하는 것을 ‘반자유’ 또는 ‘반분배’ 등의 ‘불의’로 간주하여 타파·응징하는 등의 ‘규제’로써 ‘윤리화’를 추구해야 한다는 것이다.

①의 자유화·민주화와 극대화 추구를 ‘자유 정의’ 로, ②의 균형화 추구를 ‘분배 정의’ 로, ③의 윤리화 추구를 ‘윤리 정의’ 라 각각 명명할 때, 그 자유 · 분배 · 윤리 등 위 ‘3위’ 의 '정의' 들이 ‘1체’ 로서 동시에 추구됨으로써 1개의 ‘정의’ 가 온전하게 실현될 수 있다고 보는 것이 ‘3위­ 1체 정의론’(Trinity Justice)의 골간이다.

  그런 ‘3위-1체 정의론’의 실현 효과는, 다종다양한 공동선들의 총합 개념인 ‘행복’ 이, 그를 추구하는 개개의 국민들 모두에 대해서, ‘극대화×균형화×윤리화’가 되어 ‘균대화’ 가 보장된다는 것이다.
  즉, 위와 같은 ‘3위-1체 정의론’의 논리체계가, ‘목차’에서처럼, 본문의 각 ‘장’들로서 상술되듯이,

경제(3-1장), 사회(3-2장), 정치·정당·체제(3-3~6장), 사법(3-7장), 언론(3-8장), 국민공동체(3-9장), 그리고 인류·민족 공동체(4-1·2장)와 천지인 공동체(5장)에 이르기까지, 

  국가경영(정치)의 전 분야에 걸쳐 일관되게 적용 됨으로써,

  그 ‘국민 모두가 평생 행복한 대한민국’ 비젼의 구체적인 1례 를 본문에서 들면,

‘공공’ 부문에서만, 불법·부정·부패·비리 및 부조리·불합리·비정상·몰상식 등등의 온갖 ‘불의’ 들을 타파함으로써 ‘정의’ 를 제대로 실현해 나가는 ‘공공 개혁’ 이 단행될 때, 

  단 1원도 증세 없이, 무상 교육, 무상 연금, 무상 의료, 무상 생계보장 및 사병 최저임금과 장례비의 보장 등, 소위 무증세 완전 무상의 ‘생애 복지’ 가 '국가 복지'로서 분명하게  실현되고도 재정이 남는다 는 사실이다.  아래 표를 세심히 살펴보기 바란다.
 ○    교육 - 유아～대학생 전체, 교육비 전액 무상
 ○    의료 - 국민 전체, 의료비 전액 무상
 ○    연금 - 65세 이상(연 612만), 1인 연 540만원(월 45만원) 보장
 ○    생계 - 65세 미만(하반층 연 2,200만), 1인 연 360만원(월 30만원) 보장 (빈자층 4인가구 월 160여만원)
 ○    장애 - 장애인 전체(270만), 장애 극복비(연금·장비비 등) 보장
 ○    장례 – 사망자(연 63만), 1인 장례비 500만원 보장
 ○    사병 - 전체(연 50만), 1인 최저임금 월 164만원(연 1,970만원)

  위의 사실은, 워낙 황당한 얘기로 들릴 수 있지만, 각종의 공식 통계수치들로써, 본문의 3-9장 가.(313~329p) 항에 상술돼 있다.

■ ‘정의주의’ : 위 ‘3위_1체 정의론’ 을 근간으로 하는 ‘대안 사상’ 

  국가경영에 관해서, 위의 ‘3위1체 정의론’을 근간으로 하는 ‘정치 철학’ 은,
  사회주의 사상이 출현(1820년대)된 이후 거의 200여년 동안, 서로 상시 좌-우 로 갈려 상시적인 적대시로 대립·갈등하고 이전투구 하면서 동-서 이념분쟁 으로까지 악화됐던 그 양대 본류 사상들로서,
 위의 ① 자유 정의 실현만을 본질로 하는 자유주의(보수·우파) 및
     ② 분배 정의 실현만을 본질로 하는 사회주의(진보·좌파) 
   그 모두의 각 본질들을 완벽하게 포괄하면서 초월하는 논리체계 로써 향후 미래의 인류세계를 제도 해나갈 '대안 사상' 으로서,‘정의주의’(Justicism)라고 명명된 것이다.

    영국에서, 앤서니 기든스의 저술 「좌파 우파를 넘어서」의 수정판이며 블레어 전 총리가 노동당 당수 시절 처음으로 ‘대안 사상’이라 지칭하면서 자신의 정치철학으로서 원용한 「제3의 길」(The Third Way)이 1998년에 출간된 이후 확산돼온 '대안 사상론' 이란, 
  저자 기든스에 의하면, ‘제3의 길’이, 균형화 분배의 복지국가를 지향하는 사회주의를 ‘제1의 길’, 하이예크의 신자유주의를 ‘제2의 길’이라고 하면서, 상시 적대시 해온 그 사회주의와 자유주의 모두를 초월하는 ‘대안’ 개념의 새로운 ‘사상’이라는 것이다.
   그 ‘대안 사상론’은, 처음 주창했던 블레어 전 총리가 18년만에 재집권에 성공하며 11년간 총리에 연임하는 대성공을 거둔 이후, 지금도 세계 도처에서 꾸준히 주창되고 있다.
   그러나, 아직 새로운 ‘대안 사상’은 발견되지 않았다.

그럴 때, 군주주권론의 ‘군주주의’가 붕괴된 이후, 새로이 확립된 국민주권 사상의 ‘진화’ 과정 은, 헤겔의 정-반-합 변증법 이론에 의할 때, ‘자유주의’(정) → ‘사회주의’(반) → ‘정의주의’(합)로 이행된다고 할 수 있게 된다. 

  그리고, 우리 대한민국 헌법 은,

① 개인의 자유·권리들(주권)을 보장하는 ‘자유 정의’ 실현의 ‘자유주의’ 와, ② 개-개인 사이의 균형화 분배를 추구하는 ‘분배 정의’ 실현의 ‘사회주의’ 와, ③ 그 2개에 반하는 반자유 및 반분배 등의 ‘불의’들을 타파하는 ‘윤리 정의’ 등에 관해서 각각 규정하여, 결국 '3위 1체 정의론'을 근간으로 하는 ‘정의주의’ 사상과 정확하게 부합된다. 

  즉, ‘정의주의’ 사상에 의해서 구현 가능한 비젼인 ‘국민 모두가 행복한 나라’ 와 같은 개념의 ‘국민 모두가 잘사는 나라’ 를 지향하며 개정된 현행 헌법의 ‘정체성’ 은, ‘자유주의’도 아니고, ‘사회주의’도 아니며, 정확하게 ‘정의주의’ 라고 하게 된다.

  참고로, ‘정의주의’와 비슷한 ‘용어’가 사용된 전례는, 아르헨티나의 전 대통령 후안 페론 이,
 특히 공권력들의 갖은 불법·부정·부패와 사회혼란 속에서, 정의를 갈망하는 국민들의 뜻을 간파한 후 대통령 선거에서 ‘정의사회justi(ce-so)cial 구현’을 공약하고, 당선(1946년) 후에 자신의 정치철학을 ‘정의사회주의’justi(ce-so)cialismo후스티시알리스모(일명 ‘페론주의’)라 자칭한 것이 처음이었고 유일했다.
  그러나, 그는 잠시 열광적인 국민 지지를 받는 영광을 누렸지만, 논리체계화도 명문화도 되지 않은 빈 ‘구호’에 그친 결과, 그 ‘정의사회주의’ 용어는 페론의 사망 직후에 생명력을 잃고 이내 사라졌다.

‘정의주의’ 혹은 ‘正義主義’ 혹은 ‘justicism’이라는 용어는, 세계 어느 국어·백과 사전에도 없으며, 저자가 정치철학적으로 논리체계화해서 창안한 ‘신개념’의 대안 사상으로서 인류역사상 초유의 ‘신조어’ 다.

■ ‘정의주의’ 사상의 초유_가치들

o 위 ‘3위-1체 정의론’이 정치·경제·사회·사법·언론·체제 및 인류·지구자연 등등의 국가경영 전반에 걸쳐 일관되게 논리체계화되고 명문화된 초유의 ‘정치 철학’ o 자유정의 실현을 본질로 하는 ‘자유주의’ 및 분배정의 실현을 본질로 하는 ‘사회주의’ 등, 사회주의 출현 이후 200여년간 상시 적대시해온 그 양대 본류 사상들 모두를 포괄·초월하는 초유의 ‘대안 사상’ o 대한민국 헌법의 ‘정체성’과 정확하게 부합되는 초유의 ‘합헌 사상’ o 2400여년 지속돼온 ‘정의론’의 종결판 o ‘정의주의’ ‘JUSTICISM’ ‘正義主義’ 등 용어는 초유의 ‘신조어’ 


  @  영어(English) - Summary of  JUSTICISM

  The following is a brief summary of  JUSTICISM.

  In terms of governing the nation(national community), the ‘Justice’ is defined as the pursuit of various forms of common goods (public interest, common benefit) which the national community desires regardless of any circumstances. On the other hand, ‘Injustice’ is defined as the opposite side which it pursues common evil (common misgiving. common wrongness). This ideology JUSTICISM is based on ‘the theory of Trinity Justice’, which is a logic that realizes the justice by eradicating the injustice.

      ●  The theory of Trinity Justice

  The theory of Trinity Justice is:
  By the ideology of ‘Liberalism’, which has been generalized for more than past 400 years in the human world; 
  ① In individual level, with the ‘appropriateness’ that guarantees the maximum freedom/right(sovereignty) of the individuals(and corporations);
  ② In community level, based on the anatomic reality where ‘unfairness’ and the ‘polarization of wealth’ among the individuals exist at the same time;

  It is composed with political-philosophical logic system seeking for the fair distribution among the individuals in order to realize the true ‘Justice’ while guaranteeing the appropriateness as ‘justice’ as mentioned in ①, and eradicating the unfairness and polarization, which are assumed as ‘Injustice’ as mentioned in ②. 

  To be more specific,
  ① In individual level;
  It is liberalization and democratization that secures the best level of freedom/openness/competition in the market and the freedom/right(sovereignty) of individuals(and corporations). It does not only guarantee the accomplishment and appreciation of common goods and values such as income/economic growth/stability/peace/happiness of the individuals(and corporations) in the maximum level, but also guarantees the aggregate value of those common goods, which is the source of fair distribution in the level of entire community.

  Along with the above, 
  ② In the level of ‘community’, along with ① which guarantees the maximum level of individual(and corporation) freedom and right(sovereignty), it seeks for reasonable method to realize balanced distribution of common goods among the individuals caused by ‘polarization’ of individuals by: a) the pursuit of ‘gradation’ that alleviates the polarization caused by ‘differentiation’; b) the pursuit of the ‘equalization’ that refuses the polarization not caused by ‘differentiation’. As well,

  ③ Things that are against the maximization of liberalization mentioned in ① or balancing mentioned in ② are called anti-liberalization, anti-distribution, or injustice. Ethicization must be sought by the regulation that punishes/destructs them.

  And then, as mentioned above, 
  Suppose that:
  The pursuit of maximum level of liberalization/democratization stated ① is entitled as ‘Liberty Justice’

The pursuit of balance mentioned ② is entitled as ‘Distribution Justice’ And the pursuit of ethicization mentioned ③ is entitled as ‘Ethics Justice’. 

  With these designations, 
  The framework of ‘Trinity Justice’ is that ‘one justice’ can be solely realized when the above ‘trinity of justice’ such as liberty/ distribution/ ethics is pursued as ‘one body’ of ‘justices’
  Certainly, 
  ‘Liberty Justice’ in ①, is the essence where the ideology Liberalism(conservatives, right-winger) or Individualism appreciates.
  ‘DistributionJustice’ in ②, is the essence where the ideology Socialism(progressives, left-winger) or communitism appreciates.
  ‘Ethics justice’ is the essence where both liberalism and socialism must accomplish.

  The effect of realization of such ‘theory of Trinity Justice’ is that the ‘happiness’, which is the aggregate concept of various types of common goods can be guaranteed and ‘balanced maximization’ is secured along with ‘maximization x balance x ethicization’ , for every single citizen in the nation.

  In other words, the ‘theory of Trinity Justice’ is consistently applied to the entire part of national government(politics) from the public community such as economy, society, political party system, jurisdiction, public relations, humankind/ethnic community, and the community of heaven, earth and man. With this process done appropriately, ‘the country with balanced national happiness’ where the happiness, which is the aggregate concept of various common goods pursued by the nation and the society, is fairly and greatly enjoyed by the entire nation can be perfectly realized just like mathematical formula. The vision of ‘the nation where people fairly and greatly enjoy the happiness forever’ can be realized in this way.

  In case of Korea, specifically for the first case from the vision of ‘Korea, where the people of nation enjoy the happiness forever’, the financial state must be in surplus even after 8 types of free of charge “lifetime welfare” is realized as “state welfare” if ‘public reformation’ is done. This ‘public reformation’ is the process of appropriately realizing the ‘justice’ by eradicating all ‘injustices’ in the ‘public’ such as illegality, corruption, graft, irrationality, irregularity, unfairness, and abnormality. The 8 types of ‘lifetime welfare’ refers to free education, free pension, free livelihood guarantee, guarantee of the minimum wages for the soldiers, funeral expenses and congratulatory money for the new married couples without a dollar increase in taxes. 
 
 ■  JUSTICISM : an ‘alternative ideology’ on the basis of the above ‘Theory of Trinity Justice’.

  In terms of governing the nation, a political philosophy based on the above ‘theory of trinity justice’, two prominent ideologies where severe opposition and conflict were observed for about 200 years in the left-right structure after the ideology of socialism emerged in the 1820s. As this compatible relationship develops to the ideological quarrel, JUSTICISM has been emerged and designated as Alternative Ideology that will redeem the future mankind. This Justicism is considered as a logical system that completely includes and transcends the fundamentals of both parties; (1 ) Liberalism(conservative, right wings) where the fundamental is the realization of Liberty Justice and (2) Socialism(progressive, left wings) where the fundamental is the realization of Distribution Justice. 
 
  ‘The Alternative Ideology’ is widely spread as stated in 「the Third Way」 is published in 1998. 「the Third Way」 is the revision of 「Beyond Left and Right」written by Anthony Giddens in the UK and this ‘alternative ideology’ was quoted by Tony Blair(the former Prime Minister) as his political philosophy for the first time when he was working as a leader of Labour party. According to Anthony Giddens, ‘The alternative ideology’ is a new ‘ideology’ that transcends Socialism and Liberalism at the same time. He refers to ‘the third way’ is an alternative ideology whereas ‘the first way’ is referred to the Socialism which aims the welfare state that fair distribution is realize and ‘the second way’ is referred to the Hayek’s neo-Liberalism.

  This ‘alternative ideology’ has been advocated throughout the world as Tony Blair, who advocated this ideology first time, has successfully come back to the power for after 18 years of absence and served for the next 11 years. 

  However, any new ‘alternative ideology’ has been developed yet.
  At the time when ‘Monarchism’ from the ‘theory of monarch sovereignty’ is collapsed, the evolutionary process of newly established ideology of ‘popular sovereignty’ progresses as follows: According to the dialectic theory of ‘thesis- antithesis = synthesis’ from Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, it goes through ‘Liberalism’(Thesis) à ‘Socialism’(Antithesis) à ‘JUSTICISM’(synthesis).

  For reference, there is a case where similar ‘term’ of ‘JUSTICISM’ is used; when a former President of Argentina, Juan Domingo Peron, has promised for the realization of ‘justi(ce-so)cial’ in the chaotic society where illegality and corruption were widely spread. When he was elected in the year of 1946, he entitled his own political philosophy as ‘Justice Socialism’ (also known as Peronism), and this was the one and only case.

  He shortly enjoyed the time where all the citizens enthusiastically supported him. However, the pledge was empty without logic systematization or stipulation, resulting in the disappearance of the term ‘justice socialism’ along with the death of Peron.

  JUSTICISM cannot be found any types of dictionaries or encyclopedias in the world. It is a new word used for the first time in human history, which is created as Alternative Ideology to ‘new concept’ by logical systematization in political and logical way by the author. 

■   The unprecedented 4 values of JUSTICISM
 
   The special value of ‘JUSTICISM’ is that it does not have precedent case in mankind history
  
   ① In perspective of ideology and history:
   In the 1820s, the ‘Monarchism’ was collapsed with the widespread of ‘Liberalism’ in the society. For the 200 years after the Socialism was emerged by Comte de Saint-simon, Fourier Charles, and Robert Owen, the two parties had repeated previous pitches and conflicts and co-existed in the structure of Liberalism-Socialism or progressive-conservative; the right- the left; and the east- the west. However, ‘JUSTICISM’ is an Alternative Ideology with the logic system that completely includes and transcends the fundamentals of both parties. It is a new and unprecedented ideology that will redeem the future mankind.

   ② In perspective of the politics:
   This is an unprecedented ‘political philosophy’ that realizes the national government with true ‘popular sovereignty’ in terms of overall process of governing the nation from economy, society, politics, political parties and systems, public community, mankind/ethnic community, and to the community of heaven, earth and man. It is consistently ‘logically systematized’, and objectively ‘stipulated’ and it could be shared, criticized, eval‎uated and chosen by the people.
 
   ③ In perspective of the justice realization:
   It is a perfect conclusion of ‘Justice theory’, which has been left alone due to its flaws as overall injustices in the world were rampant and preval‎ent everywhere. In history, this concept of ‘justicism’ has been put in disputes and arguments only for the last 2400 years after Socrates. 
 
   ④ The word ‘Justicism’ itself is considered neologism that has never been listed in any types of dictionary or encyclopedia in the world
